People And Development Associates (PAD Associates) is administered by an Executive Council made up of and Executive Director who is the head and sees to the overall performance of the organization.
The executive Director is assisted by a Deputy Executive Director who coordinates all activities including programmes.
On the staff are a core of volunteers that include a Secretary and an Accountant who is responsible for financial matters.
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors
